This is how Kinx Gaming handles the details you give us when you register at our venue.

What we collect

• Your name, phone number, email address and date of birth.
• If you're under 18: your parent or guardian's name, phone number and email, and their answer to our consent email.

Why

To set up your player account, contact you about it, and check your age. For under-18s, we also need a parent or guardian's consent. We don't sell your details or use them for advertising.

Who can see them

Only Kinx Gaming staff, each with their own sign-in. We keep a record of who looked at or changed what. For under-18s, the consent email is sent through our email provider, Resend.

How long we keep them

Two years from when you register. Ask us to delete them sooner at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details. Ask at the counter, or call +357 22 351135. If you're unhappy with how we handle them, you can complain to the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.
